Lahsun Pak from Gurukripa Ayurved & Tantra Centre is a traditional Ayurvedic preparation of garlic (Lahsun) in pak form.
In Ayurveda, Lahsun is regarded as ushna (warming) in nature. Lahsun Pak is traditionally taken as part of a balanced daily routine.
How to use
As advised by your Ayurvedic physician, or as mentioned on the product label. Traditionally taken with warm milk.
